Who we are
This website belongs to Eversoft FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

When you tap a WhatsApp button or scan the QR code shown on a computer, WhatsApp opens with a message based on your answers. You still choose whether to send it.
What you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Call back requests
When you request a call back, Eversoft collects your name, phone number and a summary of your answers. This includes who you want to reach, whether you sell off-plan or ready properties, the emirate, your enquiry volume and sources, your role and team size. Eversoft also receives the page address and the advertising campaign you came from.
Eversoft uses this information to understand your needs and respond to your call back request.
Your request is emailed to Eversoft at hello@eversoft.co, with a copy to a second mailbox that Eversoft uses, and saved in a private Google Sheet. Resend delivers the emails. Google hosts the website, processes the form through Firebase, and stores the emails and sheet.
Eversoft keeps your request information only as long as it needs to reply and follow up.

The form does not send an email to you.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads tags and PostHog. Google Analytics counts visits and helps us learn which advertising brings requests. It uses cookies and receives details such as the pages you open, your device type and your approximate location.
If you arrived from one of our advertisements, Google Ads tags help measure that advertisement and may be used to show our advertising to you again.
PostHog counts visits and taps and records how you move through pages so we can replay a visit. Text you type, such as your name, phone number or job title, is hidden in replays. PostHog holds this data in the European Union.
You can say no or change your answer at any time. Choose Cookie choices at the foot of any page and select No, thanks. If your browser sends a do not sell or share signal, we treat it as a no.
In Europe, these tools stay off until you say yes. Elsewhere, they run unless you say no or your browser sends that signal.
What your browser keeps
Your browser keeps your cookie choice and whether you turned the page sounds off. These notes are not cookies. They stay in your browser until you clear its stored data.
The answers you tap are not kept in your browser after you leave. If you send them through WhatsApp or the call back form, they are handled as described above.

The certification badges link to pages run by Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Those pages have their own privacy terms.
